To 1-G 2-white 3-green 4-blue 5-red 6-yellow. have you looked at this

    look here and here.

OP had issues with P1 and SCL stepper. Maybe you can get a bit further after reading these threads.
    Let us know.

started a topic productivity 1000 plc to step driver with SCL

productivity 1000 plc to step driver with SCL

    Hi,
I'm trying to send ascii commands to step motor driver Via SCL. Using my computer I am able to send commands to the driver with "sure motion pro" via the SCL terminal window. So I know the driver is set up correctly and waiting for commands.
I have not been able to find an instructional video that deals with sending ASCII to a driver on the productivity plc. I know there is an instruction that says specifically "Send ASCII" in the productivity software. I am trying to use this to send my instruction. Is this the correct thing to use?
I did set up my RS-232 port for the correct baud rate stop bits and parity. But I am not convinced this is working. Are there any kind of tests or diagnostics I can run to make sure they are able to communicate correctly? example, a SCL terminal window in productivity would be Brilliant!

    Thanks for any help,
    Kyle Price
