Can you access each slave individually?

Do all slaves have different addresses?

    Wired correctly?

    Lots of possible failures.

if I have access to all the slaves and each port is configured correctly
I'm using RS232, the addresses are the same in each one, and the connection I think is fine

Each individual slave works very well for me but the three of them together are not very slow to respond and there is loss of data

          RS232 can't be multi-dropped. You have to use RS485.

They must have different slave/unit addresses. On serial RS-485, everyone is listening, but only 1 can/should respond. The way they know whether the packet is for them is by the Slave/Unit ID. Hence, all Slave IDs must be unique on the network.
