  • Control a stepper motor by a click plc

    Hello,
I have to control a stepper motor by a click plc.
    Is this possible?
I would need a signal which changes it's status from 0 to 1 very quickly. Which function of the instruction list can I use for this?

I don't think Click PLCs have any hi-speed I/O modules that can do this. You may need to use one of the DL 05s or 06s with the HIGH SPEED COUNTER MODULE.

      Click control Stepper motor

I am currently developing an application that uses a Click to control a stepper motor. I am using a AD SureStep STP-DRV-4850 to drive the stepper and the Click to send SCL commands to the drive. Works very well for my application. It may work for yours depending on your requirements.
