  • P1AM-100 No Longer Recognized USB Device

Code is running fine on the controller.
I have re-installed drivers and restarted computer. Cable is good condition and tested with other devices. I have also tried other USB ports.

What version of windows are you running?
To double check, when you unplug the P1AM, that entry goes away?
Right click on that entry and go to properties. Then go to details and select "Hardware Ids" from the dropdown menu. What are the values listed?

Do you have full admin privileges on your PC?
Try uninstalling the driver(if it gives you that option) and re-installing. The driver can be found here: https://github.com/facts-engineering...er/drivers.zip

I have admin privileges and have uninstalled and installed drivers. I have installed the drivers on another computer and the device comes up the same 'Descriptor Failed'.
The issue appears to be local to the P1AM-100 controller.

Is there a way to reset the serial driver/board in the P1AM?

Can you double tap the reset button to put the P1AM-100 into bootloader mode and report back with what device managers shows?
