  • do-more c-more memory block

After making a memory block in D-More designer, as a block of Real numbers, named "Testing". It shows as Testing0-255 and can be accessed in the PLC as Testing0 or Testing15 .....
How can it be accessed in a C-more panel? It seems you can only create the Tag and assign R ? to it.
    Thank you

You have to export the Element documentation from domore and then Import the data in cmore.

amos how do I import to the C-More. There is no import option for documentation. I tried different options, but get error, file already open or corrupt.

There is a help file on that, AutomationDirect Do-more PLC Importing Tags. There are a lot of options but you have to get the export right on the Do-more side.

You also have to utilize the Do-more Symbolic driver in your C-more project which supports user blocks and heap-items (like Testing42).

On the Do-more side, in the File->Export->Element Documentation, make sure you select Do-more Driver format WITH Struct Fields and check the Also export USED elements which do not have a nickname (to get program elements like Test42 into C-more in case you did not create a nickname for it, but want to reference it in your HMI).
